Journaling in 2020
2020 was a year like no other. The loss of very dear friends, the solitude away from family and friends, uncertainty and sadness prevailed. This moved me to start a daily art journal of small pastels reflecting my thoughts and feelings of the day. These helped me get through the months and I shared them as a source of comfort with friends. Because of the interest in them I have included them in my Gallery for sale.
Photography scholarship established in memory of my friend Steve Richard
Each pastel is 7”x 7”, matted, and framed in a simple elegant flat black 10”x10” frame. The cost is $90 each with 50% of the proceeds going to a photography scholarship on behalf of my beloved friend, Steve Richard, who passed away with Covid.
