These pastel landscapes bring home quiet moments in nature found in New England and abroad.

When I am in nature I feel connected to my source. Away from the noise and distractions of daily life I am able to lose myself while painting a landscape that inspires me. Exact representation is not my goal. I strive to free myself from the “tyranny of the line.” Capturing the essence of the landscape before me and the “letting go of ego” is a challenge but an exciting one.
